    Vanessa’s Dumpling House started in 1999, when Vanessa Weng opened in a small storefront on Eldridge Street in Chinatown where she sold her first batch of dumplings. Vanessa makes all her dumplings, fillings, noodles, buns, wontons, soups, salads, sauces, pancake doughs, and meats with the freshest ingredients. All of which are received and prepared daily.
